I Corinthians 13:1-13 – “Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I have become sounding brass or a clanging cymbal. And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, but have not love, it profits me nothing. Love suffers long and is kind; love does not envy; love does not parade itself, is not puffed up; does not behave rudely, does not seek its own, is not provoked, thinks no evil; does not rejoice in iniquity, but rejoices in the truth; bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.  Love never fails. But whether there are prophecies, they will fail; whether there are tongues, they will cease; whether there is knowledge, it will vanish away. For we know in part and we prophesy in part.  But when that

  Psalms 24:8-10 – “Who is this King of glory? The Lord strong and mighty,  The Lord mighty in battle.   Lift up your heads, O you gates! Lift up, you everlasting doors! And the King of glory shall come in. Who is this King of glory?  The Lord of hosts, He is the King of glory. Selah”             The Twenty-fourth Psalm speaks of the King of Glory and His Kingdom. This King is identified as “the Lord strong and mighty, the Lord mighty in battle.” He is not just a king among other kings, but He is “King of Kings and Lord of Lords” (Revelation 19:16). He has no limitations. He has unlimited authority. Matthew 28:18 says, “Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me.”                             Who is this King of Glory? He is the soon coming King of Glory. Two angels speak prophetically of the soon coming of the Lord in Acts 1:10-11, “And while they looked steadfastly toward heaven as He went up, behold, two men stood by them in white a

Psalms 24:7-10 - “Lift up your heads, O you gates! And be lifted up, you everlasting doors! And the King of glory shall come in. Who is this King of glory? The Lord strong and mighty, The Lord mighty in battle. Lift up your heads, O you gates! Lift up, you everlasting doors! And the King of glory shall come in.   Who is this King of glory? The Lord of hosts, He is the King of glory. Selah” The Psalmist asks the question, “Who is this King of Glory?” He is the Lord strong and mighty. Zechariah 3:17 from the New Living Translation says, “ For the LORD your God is living among you. He is a mighty savior. He will take delight in you with gladness. With his love, he will calm all your fears. He will rejoice over you with joyful songs.” He is the Lord who is mighty to save. He is a mighty Savior. Who is this King of Glory? He is a saving King. Psalms 2:6 says, “ Yet I have set My King On My holy hill of Zion.” There is a question in Psalms 24:3, “Who may ascend into the hill of the Lord
