Faith Activated

Hebrews 11:1 – “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” Faith is a powerful tool in the arsenal of the believer. In Mark 5, Jairus, a ruler of the Synagogue came to Jesus about his daughter who was very sick and at the point of death. As He made His way to the house of Jairus there was a woman with an issue of blood who touched the hem of His garment and was made whole. Mark 5:35 says, “While He was still speaking, some came from the ruler of the synagogue’s house who said, ‘Your daughter is dead. Why trouble the Teacher any further?’” In verse 36 Jesus says to Jairus, “Do not be afraid; only believe.” Using the word faith as an acrostic, we can learn how to activate our faith. 1.     F – Faith – J. Faith to Possess our Promise

Hebrews 11:1-3 – “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. For by it the elders obtained a good testimony.   By faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that the things which are seen were not made of things which are visible.” In a recent time of prayer the Lord spoke the following five promises to me about this coming year and beyond: 1.     Recompense – Repayment with indemnification. 2.     Re-open doors – Doors that have been closed will re-open beginning this year. 3.     Reconnecting and New Relationships – We must pray for our destiny helpers. 4.     Removal of Reproaches – God is going to roll away the reproach of Egypt. 5.     Rewrite your story - There are many who are going to experience a re-write this year. How do we enter into these prophetic promises for 2020 and beyond?   How do we embrace these five promises for this season? We enter into them on our knees
