  Psalms 104:1 – “Bless the Lord, O my soul! O Lord my God, You are very great: You are clothed with honor and majesty,”             The Holy Spirit is at work in the life of His church. He is moving in the nations of the world. One way we can recognize Him is He reveals the majesty of God. We serve a majestic God. Majestic means, “having or showing impressive beauty or dignity.”               We give the title “Your Majesty” to Kings, Queens, or Sovereigns. The Scriptures reveal the Lord as the Sovereign God of the Universe. He is King of Kings and Lord of Lords. I Timothy 6:15 says, “which He will manifest in His own time, He who is the blessed and only Potentate, the King of kings and Lord of lords.” Rev. John Piper defines the sovereignty of God, “There are no limits to God’s rule. This is part of what it means to be God. He is sovereign over the whole world, and everything that happens in it. He is never helpless, never frustrated, never at a loss. And in Christ, God’s awesome, so

  Acts 2:14-20   – “But Peter, standing up with the eleven, raised his voice and said to them, “Men of Judea and all who dwell in Jerusalem, let this be known to you, and heed my words. For these are not drunk, as you suppose, since it is only the third hour of the day. But this is what was spoken by the prophet Joel: ‘And it shall come to pass in the last days, says God, That I will pour out of My Spirit on all flesh; Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, Your young men shall see visions, Your old men shall dream dreams. And on My menservants and on My maidservants I will pour out My Spirit in those days; And they shall prophesy. I will show wonders in heaven above And signs in the earth beneath: Blood and fire and vapor of smoke. The sun shall be turned into darkness, And the moon into blood, Before the coming of the great and awesome day of the Lord. And it shall come to pass That whoever calls on the name of the Lord Shall be saved.’” We are living in the last days. The Bibl
