Winds of Pentecost

  Acts 2:2 – “And suddenly there came a sound from heaven, as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting.”              There is a fresh new wind from heaven blowing on the Body of Christ today. This wind is the wind of revival. After Jesus ascended to heaven there were 120 who gathered in an upper room in Jerusalem.    They were praying and waiting on the promise of the Father.    Jesus had instructed the disciples in Luke 24:49, “ Behold, I send the Promise of My Father upon you; but tarry in the city of Jerusalem   until you are endued with power from on high.”              Throughout the Bible wind is figuratively used to represent the Holy Spirit.
