  Hebrews 12:2 – “looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.”             God is omniscient, which means He is all knowing. The American Heritage Dictionary defines omniscient as “having total knowledge; knowing everything.” Nothing catches Him off guard. The Apostle John identifies Jesus as the “ruler over the kings of the earth” in Revelation 1:5.             Revelation 1:8 says, “I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End,” says the Lord, “who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty.”  If we will take time to listen to His voice, He will warn us of things to come. We do not know what the future holds, but we know the One who holds the future.       ...
